Merging Vets & Players
“Strong minds. Strong bodies. Stronger together.”

About MVP
MVP (Merging Vets & Players) is a nationally recognized nonprofit that unites military veterans and former professional athletes to help them transition to civilian life. Their mission is built around the belief that shared struggles create powerful connections—and that through fitness, mentorship, and community, every member can rediscover their purpose.
Founded by Fox Sports personality Jay Glazer and Nate Boyer, a former NFL player and Green Beret, MVP provides weekly workouts and peer-to-peer support in a judgment-free environment. These sessions are a space where mental and physical health intersect—building trust, healing trauma, and reinforcing community.
- Weekly community workouts led by professional trainers
- Safe spaces for open conversation and emotional support
- Peer mentorship and leadership development
- Events, outings, and speaking engagements
- Support for both veterans and former athletes navigating transition
