Our grant support is structured to be collaborative and low-lift for our partners
- Intake & Alignment: We start with a kickoff meeting to understand your mission, goals, programs, and past funding history
- Opportunity Mapping: We begin building a customized list of relevant grants with deadlines, requirements, and funding ranges.
- Proposal Development: Once grant opportunities are approved, we take the lead on writing and assembling the proposals—coordinating with your team only when needed for documents or program input.
- Submission & Tracking: We manage the submission process and maintain a shared tracker with status updates and results.
- Impact Reporting: We assist in organizing outcomes, gathering metrics, and preparing reports that funders love to see.
